2010 14th Ave South
"The Behi Urban Dwellings"
Dwell Development completed and sold these (5) modern townhomes in fall 2007. 2010 14th Avenue sits at the crest of Beacon Hill within walking distance of the Beacon Hill business district, and across the street from Beacon Hill Elementary School and Playfield.
We created five units that take advantage of the views of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, Downtown Seattle and Bellevue, Puget Sound, Lake Washington, Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainer. All five units have roof decks accessed from private stair penthouses within the units.
2010 14th Avenue has a very specific contemporary aesthetic that is consistent throughout the units. All of the ground floors have polished concrete floors for long-term durability and sustainability. The exterior is recycled fiber-cement siding with cedar volumes and stair penthouses. Each unit has large windows and open riser stairs that let light flow throughout the units. The project is designed and specified to meet the 3-star rating of the Built Green program.
