"Beacon Hill Case Study Townhomes"
Dwell developed and designed these (8) modern townhomes as a case study for urban living. We set out to maximize the variety within the unit types. Some of the elements dispersed among the units include: double height spaces, corner windows, roof decks and large balconies. Views of the Cascade mountain range, Lake Washington and the downtown skyline were taken into account in the unit designs.
