the dwell development team

Anthony founded Dwell Development in 2005. He brings over 17 years of experience in real estate investment and experience as partner/owner of Maschmedt Design and Construction.

He is a member of The Master Builders Association and Certified in Built Green Construction. Anthony directs Dwell to do business differently and in an earth conscious way.

Julian came to dwell in early 2007 to create great homes. He brings a focused design philosophy to our projects and stays involved with the development and construction team to ensure that the final product has a consistent vision and execution.

Julian is an Architect licensed in Washington State. He has worked on residential and commercial projects in the Seattle Area since 2000. He served on the Board of Directors for the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 2005-2006.

Roland joined the dwell team in 2006 with outstanding organizational skills developed at the United Parcel Service. His incredible work ethic and desire to get it done right the first time make him an outstanding Site Supervisor.

Roland manages all phases of construction with care making sure that the finishes and details are executed properly and the project wraps up in a timely manner. He also interacts with the homeowners to make sure that owning a dwell development home is an enjoyable experience.
